Shipping

We ship all items within 24-48 hours of receiving the order as long at the item is in stock. Pre-Orders shipping time is disclosed on the product page. Please see our pre-orders section at the bottom of this page for more information.  

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and takes 3-5 business days on average. 

For international orders, we ship standard through USPS First International Mail. For most countries, it will include tracking. We offer insurance and recommend that you purchase it. If you decline and choose standard international shipping then you will be responsible for lost or damaged items.

***We do NOT guarantee shipping time. USPS does NOT guarantee their ship dates either. We will NOT refund any shipping costs for the USPS delivering your package late.***

Returns

15 days on returns. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on any hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and on electronically delivered software that has not been downloaded. If the merchandise is deemed defective the item will be refunded, repaired or replaced at our discretion. If the return is a direct result of a our error, the restocking fee will not apply. All spinners / EDC and related items are non refundable. All shipping charges are non refundable. Please contact us for questions or help with returns. Be sure to include your order number and a brief note regarding your issue.

Liability

All hardware installations are done at your own risk. AlumaFX assumes no liability for damage greater than the cost of a replacement of purchased item or service.  Spin time and bearing sound and or end play is not guaranteed on EDC items. All EDC items are not designed for high speeds and can cause injury or death by catastrophic explosion if done so. Do not spin with compressed air. Some items may contain small parts (choke hazard) and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Flame colors specified vary and will be matched as close as possible to the specified color but can not be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order ETA date is an estimation only. Due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control this date can be exceeded.  We make every effort to meet the given date. If for any reason a pre-order can not be finalized a full refund will be given.
